This plan allows you to do what you do best, manage your business, as we act as your order, repair, add and change liaison with your Network Service Provider. One phone call ensures that your implementation representative at FORWARD will process, monitor and accurately complete your Network Service changes and repairs. Instead of spending your time going through the maze of Repair or Order departments of the Network Service Provider, you place one call or send your request through email to your Implementation Representative and we will ensure your service request is implemented correctly, tracked for completion and verified with you that the request is working as expected.

FORWARD’s expertise and dedication has long been in acting as liaison on behalf of our customers with Network Service Providers. Our trained personnel are skilled in working with several network service providers and know the procedures and personnel to ensure proper tracking of your service request.*

Our Network Service Management Plan includes:

• Coverage of moves, changes and repair management:*
• Service Order Placement & Tracking
• Escalation
• Monitoring of Network Service Provider’s progress
• Confirmation of completion accuracy
• Billing disputes intervention and resolution
• Accurate tracking and updates kept for customer records
• Service request logs history reports generated.
• Ensurance that your account is protected from cramming, slamming or unauthorized
access to 900 numbers.*
• 15 Centrex Mate Changes per month (FORWARD’s service fee waived)**
• Toll Free Access to your dedicated FORWARD Implementation Representative

Costs are per month and discounted over normal per use charges.

* A Letter of Authorization and other docutments to act on your behalf ,may be required at time of signup.
